At Minyard we have strived long and hard to come up with a way to Cater our customers’ needs. We have developed a maintenance plan that will properly prepare you as a “Home Owner” of all unforeseen A/C, Electrical & Plumbing problems. We inspect everything from your A/C system to the outlet at the Front Door. We pride ourselves in customer service and will always insure the best service at the most affordable price.

With our “Home Care Maintenance Plan” you will receive:

A/C Tune-up Twice a year:

February/March:
  • Check Air Handlers Voltage
  • Check Condensers Voltage
  • Check Condensers Capacitor
  • Check cleanliness of outside Condenser Coil
  • Check cleanliness of Air Handlers A-Coil
  • Verify all operations of Cooling
  •  Evaluate and Asses Overall Equipment Condition
October/November:
  • Check Air Handlers Voltage
  • Check Condensers Voltage
  • Check Condensers Capacitor
  • Verify all operations of Heating
  • Evaluate and Assess Overall Equipment Condition

Annual Electrical Analysis and Inspection

  • Inspect Main Services – Bonding & Grounding
  • Check voltage to all Electrical Panels
  • Compile Inspection Reports
  • Address Code Violations

Two Yearly Drain Cleanings

(Only drains which require a small portable auger)

Included Drains:
  • Sinks
  • Toilets
  • Bathtub
Drains which require an additional fee:
  • Sewage Main
  • Anything downstream of the outside Clean-out
